Olive Us started to encourage and uplift all women in every stage of life by interviewing every day women of faith who share their personal highs and lows, recounting their stories in hopes of uplifting and connecting us all and pointing back to Christ.
Olive Us has evolved from online storysharing to creating in person shared experiences for people of all kinds - especially women and people of color - that continue to encourage and point back to Christ

Rachael has always believed that people were made to flourish together. From academic medicine in Cincinnati, to community building in Silicon Valley, to Sunday morning pulpits in San Francisco, to women's retreats across the country: every season of her life has pointed toward the same thing. Olive Us is where she put everything she believed about people into practice.
